2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request complete deletion of your data, send an email to:

3. Required Information

In your deletion request, please include:

4. Request Processing

Your request will be processed within 30 business days, as required by data protection laws.

5. Data That Will Be Deleted

The following data will be permanently removed:

  • Contact information
  • Booking and transaction history
  • Payment information
  • Location data and preferences

6. Data Retained by Law

Some data may be retained as required by applicable laws, including tax records, information necessary to comply with legal obligations, and data related to fraud investigations.
