Conect Nanny is a platform that connects parents/guardians with nannies/caregivers, offering real-time video monitoring technology. Conect Nanny is not a direct employer of the nannies, acting solely as an intermediary and technology provider.

3. Registration and Responsibilities

• Parents are responsible for providing truthful information about their children and needs.
• Nannies are responsible for providing their services with care, safety, and respect, as well as keeping their registration information up to date.
• The user must keep their password and access credentials confidential.

4. Video Monitoring

• The service may include live streaming via body camera.
• The user agrees that video viewing is restricted to the contracted period.
• It is forbidden to record, copy, or share the footage without express authorization.

5. Payments

• Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe/PayPal).
• Cancellations and refunds follow the policy established on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Conect Nanny is not responsible for the individual conduct of parents or nannies outside the platform.
• In the event of incidents, Conect Nanny will cooperate with the competent authorities.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• All data is processed in accordance with the LGPD (Brazil) and applicable legislation in Florida/USA.
• The user authorizes the use of their data exclusively for the operation of the platform.

8. Cancellation and Deletion

• The user may request the deletion of their account at any time.
• Conect Nanny may suspend or delete accounts in cases of fraud or violation of the rules.

9. Changes to the Terms

Conect Nanny may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.

10. Jurisdiction

The court of Orlando/FL, United States, is hereby elected for any disputes, without prejudice to the application of U.S. law when necessary.
